Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tourView website (tourview.app) and the tourView service (together, the "Service"), operated from the United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Access is by invitation during the beta. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it; keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. The app licence (EULA)

Your use of the tourView application is also governed by the Beta End User License Agreement, which you accept when creating an account. If there is a conflict about the application software, the EULA prevails.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
• Do not misuse the beta-access or invitation features (e.g. spam, or inviting people without their consent).
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except where the law permits.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the tour data and content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and those you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to store any personal data you enter about third parties (e.g. crew or venue contacts) and for handling it lawfully.

5. Availability

During the beta there is no uptime guarantee, service-level commitment or support obligation. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, or the whole Service, at any time.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the EULA, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
